Whealthier is a health-food subscription service providing customized salads and wellness products delivered to your doorstep. Our services and offerings are subject to availability within our serviceable delivery areas.

2. Subscriptions & Orders

  • We offer 7-day, 15-day, and 30-day subscription plans. Prices, container sizes, and inclusions are as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time without penalty.
  • You may pause your subscription in advance by notifying us.
  • Unused meals may be rolled over to a later date, subject to prior intimation.

3. Delivery

  • Salads are delivered fresh daily (Monday to Saturday), typically between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
  • Free delivery is provided up to 5 km; delivery beyond this range may attract additional charges.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be completed before delivery commences, through the payment methods offered on our website.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices and plans at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel an active subscription at any time. Refunds for the unused portion, where applicable, are processed at our discretion.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, individual delivered meals are non-refundable once dispatched.
  • For any billing or refund concerns, please contact our support team.

6. Health & Dietary Disclaimer

Our salads are prepared to support balanced nutrition and general wellness. Information provided on our website is for general purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes, especially if you have allergies or medical conditions. While we accommodate stated dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
